And, once again, Helm is a major contributor to this game; scoring this amazing short-handed goal, making it his 2nd of the game. In the 3rd period, Detroit scored 3 goals in just under 4 minutes and Howard closes the game with a shutout.
But, I must say, I do feel bad for Islanders defenseman Andrew MacDonald. All he was trying to do was prevent a Detroit goal and he ends up in the air, then sprawled all over the ice.
