#Top Ten Rookie Performers so far in the young NBA season in the weak draft class of 2013.

So far, not many rookies of the class have established themselves, as it is a young season, but many of the rookies seem to be more of a disappointment than a pleasant surprise. Injuries have several forced top rookies Nerlens Noel, CJ McCollum & Otto Porter to ride the bench, while top pick Anthony Bennett has played terribly. Here is who I think of the rookies is playing the best as of now. We start the top 10 in Philly.
