About Johnny Yong Bosch

Johnny Yong Bosch is an American actor, martial artist, edge rock musician, multi-instrumentalist, and singer-songwriter who is the lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter for Eyeshine and Where Giants Fall.

He is rapidly becoming a musician to be reckoned with. He’s the driving, creative force behind Eyeshine, fusing together raw passion and mesmerizing melodies to create a unique blend of aggressive edge rock that is entirely and undoubtedly his own.

Bosch was born in Kansas City, MI and raised in Garland, TX. His father was a soldier in the United States Army and met his mother while stationed in South Korea. During his childhood, he was interested in martial arts. He taught himself martial arts at first, mimicking moves from Bruce Lee as well as Jackie Chan. Bosch said he was ridiculed a lot when he was young and became a bully, but made a change for the better after studying kung fu. In addition to training in martial arts, in which he won several competitions, he also played soccer.

Johnny Yong Bosch portrayed Adam Park in Power Rangers from 1994 until 1997. Bosch also does voice roles in various official anime dubs, animated TV shows and video games.

In 2020, Bosch worked on a sci-fi action featurette called “Ark Exitus”.
