This is a video of Michael Barber, a completely blind man, purchasing his first handgun at Bass Pro Shop in Altoona with the help of his wife, Kim.
Both the Barbers have passed a safety course and plan to pratice with the gun on a shooting range.
Currently, Polk county, Iowa, does not deny permits of guns because of visual impairment.

This is the home of the Tampa Bay Lightning, which recently received a $40 Million makeover a few years back.
A part of that renovation is the installation of Tesla Coils which replicates actual lightning, which ‘Ye will probably take full advantage of while performing.
Try to shy away from the 300 level seats, as it has smaller leg area and less room to truly let go to Yeezus.

You can take public transportation to the game. The Metro Mover service usually ends at 12-midnight, so if you miss the last train, you’ll need to catch a cab.
There are parking lots around the arena from $20+. If you find a free paybyphone meter, you can park there. Make sure you check if there is a maximum time limit.
If you don’t have time to print your tickets, there is a place at the arena to print your tickets (but it will take extra time).

The 300 level, nicknamed the Madhouse on Madison, has around 45% of all permanent seats, followed by the 100 level with around 33% of all seats and the 200 club level with just 22% of the permanent seats. This may help explain why there are always more options in the 300 level when you’re looking to buy. Try to not get the tickets on the side of the stage.
