This is the 5th installment is called, All City.
A New York delivery truck converted into a mobile garden (includes rainbow, waterfall and butterflies).
This piece is accompanied by an Audio Guide, which further explains the art, often giving tongue-in-cheek commentary. He provides a 1-800 number to dial, which is next to the painting, and spectators can select an option to listen for an audiovisual experience.
