This is actually a sample from a weird performance called ABC Auto-Industry. The robotic lady is actually saying “Robotics” and then “Tried in some…”, to give the song a strange, dream-like vibe.

A, B, C and 1, 2, 3 is something little kids learn in primary school. The whole song has Cudi as though he’s speaking to little kids: He’s giving a lesson to the simple-minded.

Drake’s rich enough to fly multiple girls from Lil Wayne’s neighborhood all the way out to Hollywood. Lil Wayne would later play on Hollygrove / Hollywood on 2015’s “HollyWeezy”:
