On a serious note, I noticed similar experimentation when you search athlete or team names. Not sure how recent this is, but Google will bring up a Twitter feed about the athlete/team you searched.

Selection Sunday for the greatest basketball tournament on Earth—March Madness—isn’t complete without its share of controversy. Snubbing accusations within the first minute of the full bracket reveal are 100% guaranteed.

This year, mid-major programs were stabbed with the short end of the stick. Power 5 conferences are generally favored over Group of 5 conferences (especially in football), but the NCAA usually ensures the G5 is well-represented in March Madness. Not this year. Monmouth and other deserving G5 schools were snubbed in favor of arguably subpar P5 programs.
