My World is the debut studio album from professional basketball player Metta Sandiford-Artest, who was known as Ron Artest at the time. It was his first full-length project and marks his foray into hip-hop.
My World includes guest appearances from Diddy, Juvenile, and more. Despite not entering any charts, the album did receive a positive reception. SLAM wrote the following:
I know Ron wants to be judged as a rapper, not a rapping basketball player, but it needs to be said that this is the greatest album in the history of rapping basketball players.
