Eagles running back Lesean “Shady” McCoy had a record breaking year in 2013 under new head coach, Chip Kelly. McCoy led the league in rushing yards and yards from scrimmage, gaining 1,607 yards on the ground and 2,146 yards from scrimmage, breaking multiple Eagles franchise records. The NFL took notice of his record year, as McCoy has won NFC Offensive Player of the Week once, FedEx Ground Player of the Week three times, and NFC Offensive Player of the Month in December.
