The L.A. Media Day is here! For Lakers to discuss and extend more questions and information regarding to the team! The Lakers practice gym at 10:00am PT today as Media Day starts the team’s 2013-14 season.
Our #24 Black Mamba, as he's back to home, we don't know when Bryant plays, neither even Kobe doesn't knows as his timetable is still unknown. Steve Nash and Pau Gasol maybe or maybe not healthy enough to play for 2013-14 season. Lakers may or may not play this season due they might have not enough talent and depth to contend for a playoff spot. Pau Gasol is moving back to his natural position as a center, that's some great news for him! Also Kobe Bryant talks on TWC & ESPNLA710 about Dwight's decision. Additionally, Dan Gadzuric has got the number #12 jersey alone. There were a lot of new Laker faces, Nick Young and Wesley Johnson are notable.
After the former #12 Laker center Dwight Howard left the Hollywood and traded to Houston Rockets team, there was too much tension that was waving over the Lakers team and fans. So decisions are already taken and handled by the Lakers head coach Mike D' Antoni, with Kurtis Rambis. Kurt Rambis refers again his Lakers media day since 2009:

"When you look at our team, clearly we’re going to have to be a team that functions at a high level in terms of our team defense; we don’t have guys that are going to just shut somebody down, said Rambis. That means we have to put a lot of pressure on strong side action, the weak side has to to a great job with being supportive and helping guys with a strong side action."

"We’ve gone over the defense all summer long that we’re going to put them in a situation and position to where they can be functioning at a high level. But it’s going to be up to our job in training camp and preseason to make sure that they’re able to do what we want them to do."
