The first album sold 1.76 million copies in the US in the first week alone, becoming the fastest-selling studio album by any solo artist in American music history. It won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album and was nominated for Album of the Year. Since its release in 2000, the album sold 10,598,000 copies in the US and more than 21 million copies worldwide.
The second album was the best-selling album of 2002 in the United States, with sales of 7.6 million copies. It was nominated for Album of the Year and became Eminem’s third LP in four years to win the award for Best Rap Album.
He also released Encore, but the album ONLY sold 1,582,000 copies in its first two weeks of release.
