I had broken their supposed "Blue Line".

from Christopher Dorner – Manifesto on Rap Genius

The “Blue Line” Dorner is referring to here is more commonly referred to as the “Blue Code of Silence,” an unwritten rule among police officers in the United States not to report on another colleague’s errors, misconducts, or crimes.

According to Dorner, he was relieved of duty by the LAPD because he reported a fellow officer he allegedly witnessed use excessive force by kicking a “suspect twice in the chest and once in the face,” the latter of which “left a visible injury on the left cheek below the eye.”
